At Ngagyur Nyingmapa Buddhism Center, we host Tibetan style wedding ceremonies for couples who wish to experience a different ethnic wedding with religious blessing for the newlyweds in a Tibetan Buddhist temple.

Celebrating marriage the Tibetan way gives the wedding couple tremendous joy that is full of cultures and colors. The bride and groom will be dressed in Tibetan costumes and traditional rituals will be performed.

During the ceremony, the Rinpoche will chant and recite a special puja for the wedding couple, whom will vow their union and provide food offering to pray for long life and happiness.

The wedding couple will receive many blessings in the forms of holy water and "hada" (white silk scarf) from Rinpoche and patrons at the ceremony.
